Thanks to the included 4017 integrated circuit (IC), the traffic lights will flash just like real traffic lights. You can also adjust the delay between lights. Kit includes circuit board, 9 x LEDs, resistors, trimpot, transistors, capacitors, diodes, 4017 IC with IC socket, on/off switch, and a 9V battery holder with mounting hardware (9V battery not included). Soldering iron, solder and cutters required.
