Atlas Element Symmetrical Range

Complimenting the awesome Atlas Element Integra range of stereo and subwoofer cables is the Atlas Element symmetrical range of interconnects.

Using four cores of high purity OFC conductor and a high efficiency cross linked Polyethylene dielectric, Atlas has developed and adapted this cable topology to deliver outstanding Hi-Fidelity sound for specialist audio applications.

The Atlas Element symmetrical uses four cores which are twisted in helical fashion to maximise the rejection of EMI,this as well as a 95% screen provides excellent rejection ofRFI.

The natural rejection of unwanted noise due to the cable lay topology provides a fantastic base for the creation of balanced and unbalanced cable types.

In the Element symmetrical OFC XLR to XLR we do not place barriers from materials ofdifferent characteristics such as solder in the signal path;therefore the Atlas OFC XLR plugs employed are our unique solder free, non compressing types.

The Element symmetrical OFC XLR to XLR analogue audio interconnect uses two identical pairs for the signal and return conductors, the screen with 95% coverage additionally rejects RFI interference.

The internal conductor pairs of bonded conductors dedicated to the signal and the return signals are then wired in a fully balanced fashion. Balanced interconnects will reduce noise when they're used in balanced systems between the amplifier and pre-amplifier for example.

OFC conductors with cross linked polyethylene dielectricsimprove signal transfer by reducing harmful deletions.

With the Element symmetrical balanced cables, you'll experience the joys of listening to a wider band-width signal.

Atlas XLR plugs are wired as follows:

• Pin 1 = Ground
• Pin 2 = Hot
• Pin 3 = Cold

A few amplifier producers wire their systems with different conventions.

Always check with the manufacturers instructions before ordering.

If you need these wired in a different way, the factory will do that for you.

Due to the conductor to plug interface being crimped, they may not readily be altered in retrospect.
