This receiver gives you two relay outputs with a contact rating of 5 Amps at 240VAC for each relay. Also available in an IP66 rated weather proof case, FMR-202E. 

The on board 10-way dipswitch allows easy coding. Care must be taken, not to bring a receiver near strong magnetic fields, such as DC-Motors, speakers, magnets for reed switches, transformers etc. as it would magnetise the coils and may cause severe de-tuning.
